Meet Sarah - the founder of Red STRENGTH. Sarah is passionate about strength training and helping others achieve their fitness and Strength goals. Sarah is a knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer who is also level 4 qualified in Strength & Conditioning and has endless success with her clients.
Ruth is a qualified personal trainer with a love for Strength and conditioning. She has experience working with a whole range of clients- from athletes looking to improve their performance to those seeking injury rehabilitation. She loves training people who want to get in their best shape, improve their strength and improve their mobility. She also specialises in lower back pain and sports performance. Ruth knows the importance of quality over quantity in order to get the best out of each client and to create an environment in which people can grow and learn about their training to better achieve their goals. In her spare time, Ruth is a keen Rugby player for York Rugby Union Football Club. She actually started the women’s rugby team two years ago. The reason Ruth started this career stems back to 2015 when she fell off a wall in Tenerife. She fractured her L1 vertebrae and had to have metalwork put in her back. She then began the 2 year rehab back to contact Rugby which is what she loves. Ruth fully understands the importance of perseverance and patience which she displays through her training.
Having completed both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in coaching and performance. Paul’s 6 year career in the industry has taken him to football coaching across America and Canada as well as fitness coaching and personal training here in the UK.
Passionate about health and fitness, Paul prides himself on designing and delivering challenging and progressive sessions tailored to each individuals goals, strengths and weaknesses.
Paul’s coaching sessions are about showing you what you are capable of and providing motivation, variation and guidance to meet your goals.
Paul prides himself on pushing himself in his own training specifically focused for running. He trains consistently for targeted 10K + 1/2 marathon races throughout the year.
